Our classes meet Monday through Thursday for two weeks. We only use Fridays if we have a rain-out. We only rain-out a class if it is pouring or if there is lightning.
Children's classes are $140 for a two week session, except for Mom and Tot
classes which are $160. Adult classes are $200 for a two week session. There is
also a $25 registration fee per family per year. The entire tuition (plus
registration fee) is due three days
after sign-up to hold the spot(s). All checks should be made payable to Debbie
Saurage and sent to Sue Dressel at 20618 Castlemills Court, Katy, Texas 77450
(this is NOT where the classes will be held....Debbie will send you directions
before the classes begin if you need them).
If you need to change sessions or classes, we will try our best to
accommodate you as long as the class you want to switch to has an opening and you give us at least two weeks notice
before the first day of class. The maximum number of
children in a class is 5, 6, 7 or 8 depending on the level and instructor. The maximum number of adults in a class is 4. All of our classes are one hour in length.
Sign-up for classes begins on Monday, February 18 for former students and on
Wednesday, February 20 for new students. Call Debbie at (281) 398-8243 for your reservation.
We will take the
reservation over the phone, but the place is not secure until the check for the full amount of
the lessons (plus family registration fee) is received. All checks should be made payable to Debbie
Saurage. Please remember to note the child's name, session number and time
of the class on the check.
Refund Policy
Carefully consider your family's schedule when signing yourself or your children up for swim lessons. Your tuition reserves your class space even if you are not there. There are no refunds and there is no make-up class policy except in the case of cancellation by us due to weather or some other
unforeseen occurrence.
If we do have to cancel a class due to weather, and you want to have your
child participate in the make-up, it would be a good idea to keep the Fridays
and even Saturdays and Sundays (in case more than one make-up is needed) after
each week of lessons as clear as possible. We anticipate being so full in
2008 that make-ups will be next to impossible, even for illness. In case of a sick child or unexpected event, we will try to get your child in another class but cannot guarantee such placement. In order to be considered for possible make-ups for medical reasons, you must notify
your teacher immediately and bring a letter from the doctor (on letterhead) stating how long the child must stay out of swim lessons.
